Saturday evening at 20:00 I took my bike.
(I wanted to go at 19:45 cause my parents said I had to ride for an houre.)
The show would start at 9 o'clock.
After 90 minutes of cycling and 3 times asking which direction I had to go ( the first time I was sent in the wrong direction) I finally found it.
While I was cycling I thought F*ck F*ck, I will be to late..
21:30 I was there de Koog,
and no Venus Hill...
Happely they werent started.
It was a little cafe, and a pretty little podium.
So I site down,
and took a beer :-D
Somebody behind my back said suddenly: "Are YOU Spike?"
It was Stefan, the guitarist of the band.
Heeeeeey man :-P
We had a nice talk for some time.
At 22:00 they started. Jeeeeeeeeahh!!!!
First I keep sitting on my chair, cause of my knee (Thats a long story..) And If I go and SKANK, it goes all wrong.. :-s
After a minute of 2, I went of my chair.
Well... You just CANT stay at you chair when Venus Hill is playing accroas you :-D :-p

After the Show I bought right a way a Shirt of them :-D
Then came "De Hardheid". Ive head a nice chat for a while with Stefan (guitar). Also Karolien came (singer) for a chat. (with those two Ive chat allot) Karolien said also: "Oh, you allready have a shirt?!"
"But ofcourse Karolien" Ive said.
(S)karolien wanted to give me a shirt as pressend, sweet of her hae?? :-p. Next time I will get one of her :-D
Esther (singer) dropped by to say Hello.
Then she went skanking again. :-D (the other bandleads passed me by to say hello to me.)
The rest of Venus Hill were Skanking too at the music of "De Hardheid" :-D The first time I saw De Hardheid (that was also the first time I saw Venus Hill) I didnt like them as much as I do after this night ;-) :-D
After "De Hardheid', "Son Of Blob" played. They also played very nice. I also have seen them when I saw Venus hill for the first time. - those three bands (Venus Hill, De Hardheid en Son of Blob) are allready touring together for a while. Each other to promote there album. >Three Steps Beyond < is it called. Thats why I saw the other 2 bands already on a show.
